Shipping and Returns Policy

Please note, the following policies apply only to physical items purchased through the WLS Makes Stuff store and not any editing or graphic design packages.

WLS Makes Stuff is currently only able to sell and ship website and wholesale orders within the US. WLS Makes Stuff products may not be resold in any other online or physical store without a fully executed Wholesale Agreement. Wholesalers may sell WLS Makes Stuff products outside the US if they are legally licensed for resale in other countries. Please click here for information about Wholesale.

Orders may only be shipped to one mailing address. Customers needing orders shipped to multiple addresses must place one order per address. These order totals cannot be combined to qualify for the 5PLUS discount.

To reduce WLS Makes Stuff’s carbon footprint, orders will always be shipped in full. While we endeavor to keep our website inventory up to date, if part of an order is not in stock by the time an order is fulfilled, WLS Makes Stuff will contact customers with the choice of waiting for the missing item to be restocked or receiving a refund for that part of the order.

Items cannot be added or removed from an order after the order is paid for. Customers who wish to change their order may contact WLS Makes Stuff to see if it is possible to cancel their existing order and place a new one.

To cancel an order, contact WLS Makes Stuff via the Customer Service Form. Please note if the order has already shipped it cannot be canceled.

Free returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the items have been returned and verified as being in good condition.

If the wrong items were shipped to you, the order was damaged in transit, or you never received your order, please contact WLS Makes Stuff via the Customer Service Form before initiating a return.

  • If the order was not received, WLS Makes Stuff will attempt to locate the package with their shipping vendor prior to sending a replacement or offering a refund.

  • If items were damaged in transit, WLS Makes Stuff may request photos of the damage, in order to file a claim with the shipping vendor.

  • When stock is available, WLS Makes Stuff will offer customers the choice of having replacement items shipped at no additional cost or receiving a refund. If stock is not available, missing or damaged items will be refunded.

  • Please note: WLS Makes Stuff cannot refund items damaged after the package was delivered to the customer – this includes items left outside that incur weather related damage or damage from animals or people (outside of those employed by the shipping vendor) who may interact with the package.

 Please note the following exceptions to our refund and return policy:

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use. (See above for instructions if your order was damaged in transit.)

  • If your order received the 5PLUS volume discount, partial refunds will be processed at the volume discount per item rate. Refunds on sale items will also be processed at the sale rate.

  • Items marked final sale cannot be returned.

5PLUS Discount Policies

In order to receive the 5PLUS discount on your order, you must enter the discount code at checkout. If a customer does not enter the code at checkout, WLS Makes Stuff cannot apply the code after purchase. Discount applies to orders of 5 or more total cards, regardless of number of designs purchased. Code may not be applied if a customer makes separate orders that total 5 cards (for example one order of 2 cards and one order of 3 cards), however, code may be used for unlimited orders per customer, so long as 5 or more cards are purchased in each order.

The 5PLUS discount may not be used in combination with any other discount or sales codes.

As noted above, if you request a refund or store credit for cards purchased with the 5PLUS discount, you will receive the discount rate for each refunded/credited item.
